1. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be pre-booked and paid in advance through our approved booking system. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
2. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part. Please inform the facilitator of any health conditions, pregnancy, or special requirements before attending. Sessions are not a substitute for medical care.
3. Late Arrival
To maintain the experience for all, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun.
4. Personal Belongings
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items during events.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and non-refundable. They may be used towards any available session or product, including YIN Beds upgrades.
6. Copyright & Branding
All branding, content and materials under SLO | YIN are the intellectual property of Jessica Sloyan. They may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
7. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure participant wellbeing, SLO | YIN Wellness accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during sessions.
All SLO | YIN services are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so if you’re unable to attend a session, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we are unable to offer automatic refunds, requests will be reviewed on an individual basis and, where possible, we may be able to transfer your booking to a future session or issue a credit.
Please note that last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the event) or non-attendance cannot be refunded or transferred.
Our intention is always to act with fairness and understanding while maintaining the integrity of small, limited-capacity events.
